The era collectors actually pay for — and these are still wearable every day.

Handcrafted in Taxco, Mexico, these sterling silver earrings feature turquoise stones set inside flowing silverwork that catches light with every movement. At 3 inches long and half an inch wide, they strike the exact balance between statement and daily wearability that Taxco's best plateros have always understood. The flowing design is not a trend — it is a silhouette that has worked for decades because the proportions are simply right.

About Taxco silver

Taxco de Alarcón, high in the mountains of Guerrero, has been Mexico's silver capital since the 18th century. The plateros working there today are often the third or fourth generation in their workshop. Each piece is hand-finished — there is no Taxco silver assembly line, and the pieces that come out of those mountain workshops carry it.

Styling

With a white linen sundress, the turquoise anchors the look in color without competing with anything. Worn against dark hair or a black neckline, the flowing silver catches light in a way that reads as deliberately chosen, not casually thrown on.

Care

Polish with a soft silver cloth. Store in an airtight pouch or anti-tarnish bag. Avoid perfume, lotion, chlorine, and water. Keep turquoise away from harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight.
